Webster Industries is committed to providing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers while being good stewards of the environement. That's why, for the last 30 years, Webster has operated a plastics recycling plant at its facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Each year, Webster recycles over 30 million pounds of plastics that would otherwise be landfilled or incinerated, re-processing it into trash bags and liners for home or commercial use. By creating new markets for recycled material, Webster is reducing the need for virgin materials, conserving energy and reducing waste. 

According to the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), there are many benefits to recycling plastics:
